At Mint & Honey, we offer both made-to-order and ready-to-dispatch items. Please review the information below to understand how production, shipping, and delivery work for your order.
Order Types
Mint & Honey products fall into one of the following categories. The order type is clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order items are produced specifically for each customer based on selected specifications.
Ready-to-Dispatch Items
Ready-to-dispatch items are in stock and prepared for shipment shortly after order confirmation.
Made-to-Order Production & Delivery Timeline
For made-to-order items, including customised pieces:

Production and delivery typically take 4–6 weeks from order confirmation

Timelines may vary depending on craftsmanship, order volume, and logistics

This timeframe is confirmed at checkout and in your order confirmation email
Once production has begun, made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed.
Ready-to-Dispatch Shipping Timeline
For ready-to-dispatch items:

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of order confirmation

Delivery timelines vary based on destination and selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where applicable
Shipping Method & Tracking
All Mint & Honey orders are shipped using tracked delivery services.

Tracking details are provided via email once your order has shipped

Orders may require signature on delivery

Courier services are selected based on destination and order value
Delivery Confirmation & Item Not Received Claims
Once an order has been confirmed as delivered by the courier, including where signature confirmation has been obtained, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
Claims of non-receipt will not be accepted where:

Tracking confirms delivery, and/or
-
A delivery signature, courier confirmation has been recorded
Mint & Honey is not responsible for parcels reported as missing after confirmed delivery.
Responsibility Transfer
Responsibility for an order transfers to the customer once delivery has been confirmed by the courier. This includes deliveries made to:

The shipping address provided at checkout

A safe place, concierge, or reception point recorded by the courier
Incorrect Address Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders shipped to the address provided cannot be refunded or replaced due to:

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

Such delays do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks once an order has entered production or has been shipped.
International Shipping
