Mint & Honey – Refund & Returns Policy
At Mint & Honey, we offer both made-to-order and ready-to-dispatch items. Please review the policy below carefully before placing an order, as refund eligibility depends on the type of item purchased.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
All made-to-order and customised items are final sale.
These items are produced specifically for each customer based on selected specifications, including but not limited to size, length, colour, and design details.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged

Custom specifications cannot be changed after production starts

Production timelines are confirmed at checkout and in your order confirmation email
By placing a made-to-order or custom order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Ready-to-Dispatch Items
Ready-to-dispatch items may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
Returns are subject to approval. Return instructions will be provided once your request is accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Made-to-order items once production has begun

Customised or personalised items

Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration

Items returned without prior authorisation
Refund Processing
Approved refunds for eligible ready-to-dispatch returns will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty
Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.
Delivery Confirmation & Chargebacks
Orders confirmed as delivered by the courier, including those with signature confirmation, are considered successfully fulfilled.
Claims of non-receipt will not be accepted where:

Tracking confirms delivery, and/or
-
Signature and courier confirmation has been recorded
Unjustified chargebacks will be disputed using delivery confirmation, order records, and policy acceptance evidence.
Incorrect Address Details
Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly or incompletely by the customer.
