Pre-Order Policy

A pre-order allows you to secure your favourite MINT X HONEY pieces before they are ready for immediate dispatch.

How Pre-Orders Work

Products available for pre-order will be clearly marked PRE-ORDER on the product page.

An estimated dispatch date or dispatch timeframe will be provided on the relevant product page before you place your order.

Payment is taken when your order is placed, securing your item from the incoming stock.

Pre-order dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to production, supplier, customs or transportation delays outside our control.

If there is a significant delay to your pre-order, we'll contact you using the email address provided with your order.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be dispatched together once all items are available.

If you would like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing them as a separate order.

If you need to request a change or cancellation to a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Any cancellation or refund request will be handled in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy and your applicable consumer rights.

Once your pre-order is ready, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information where available.

The estimated pre-order timeframe refers to when we expect the item to be dispatched, not necessarily the date it will arrive at your address.
